Spotlight on Ron Olan – Principal Engineer

RON OLAN says it’s hard to believe that he’s been working with Stirling engines and coolers for over 27 years! But he’s never lost interest or run out of things to do.

As Principal Engineer, Ron has made substantial contributions in turning scientific theory into reliable, cost-effective hardware and in developing Infinia’s newer engineers and technicians.

“It is still exciting to come to work each day. Why? The people. They want to make it happen. We at Infinia have a great group of very talented people, an engineering department that is tops, technicians who want to understand how and why everything works, support staff that is dedicated to making it easier to get the job done, and a company that listens to everyone’s input. With this type of company things move forward; there is no way they can’t. It is exciting to see the staff grow and learn, see the company grow, move forward, and take on new challenges. That is why I am here at 6:30 AM and leave at, well… when the job is done.”
